LOCATION

This house is located in Lustica Peninsula, Herceg Novi Municipality, 39km from the city center. The sea and the beach are 3km away from the house. Tivat airport is 17km away and Podgorica airport is 87km away from the house. The first shop is 3km away from the house.  The house can only be reached by car, motorbike or taxi. There is no public transport. All three rooms can be used. This accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility problems and with special needs.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Structure of the house:

On the ground floor, the old barn now contains a modern, glazed, essential and illuminated kitchen.

On the first floor, a meditation and rest room with a sofa, two tatami and two futons.

At the top, in the attic, the master bedroom opens onto a panorama that embraces the sea and the infinity of the vegetation. Bed in Japanese style.

Swimming pool on request. Possibility to use the swimming pool in the neighborhood. Price €20 per person per day. Children for free.
