The complex of stone houses in Luštica peninsula is over a thousand years old. The entire property offers an incredible view of the sea (the entrance to the Boka's Bay), two large Austro-Hungarian fortresses and the olive fields that are the dominant culture of this area.The complex consists of three stone houses that belong to one estate. A lot of yard space adapted to various contents as well as a large number of terraces and green areas give the complex additional comfort and beauty. In the fourth building there is a storage room. The property has its own water.

The complex is located five minutes' drive from one of the most beautiful and attractive places on the Montenegrin coast, the maritime settlement of Rose.
