This studio apartment is located in Kotor Municipality. It is on the 1st floor. The sea and the beach are 5km away from the apartment. Tivat airport is 4km away and Podgorica airport is 70km away from the apartment. This project will be finished in the middle of 2026.

Diverse cultural influences are recognized on architectural heritage, and today there are many breath taking historical villas and houses along the coast of Boka Bay.
